
DuPont Refinish asked Kandesign to review their Lifetime Warranty Program - strategically, operationally and visually. Object of the exercise was to bring more vitality - meaning efficiency, exposure and response - to this loyalty programme for car body repair specialists and their customers. Kandesign provided the programme with a new look, a new - response-driven - management system and also developed a fully automated back office for the day-to-day administration of the loyalty programme. A project that harmoniously unites our experience in identity design, service design and interaction design.
